Professional Information about Becky:

 Becky has been a member of ILCA (International Lactation Consultant Association) since 1994. In 1999 she received certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Prior to changing careers Becky taught English, History, and Government to 7th, 8th, and 12th graders. She has previously worked in a local hospital as a lactation assistant. Becky also has written articles for the Christian parenting magazine, "Parentlife", "Nursing Family Magazine", and currently writes for the "Kingsport Times News". She graduated from nursing school in May 2010. She owned and operated Breastfeeding Essentials in Kingsport, TN until August 2010 when she sold the business to Katherine Wilson-Thompson who relocated Breastfeeding Essentials to Bristol VA.
